Purposes and legal basis
We handle enquiries and bookings using the identity, contact and booking details you provide. This relies on performance of a contract or requested precontractual steps; other enquiries rely on the legitimate interest in answering them. Required details are marked in the form; without them we cannot process the booking.
Technical connection data is used to operate and protect the website, based on the legitimate interest in its security. Optional booking-module technologies are enabled with your consent, as described in the cookie policy. This consent does not authorise marketing messages.
Recipients and transfers
CoverManager provides bookings on behalf of the restaurant. Hosting, email, support and payment providers may participate, as may authorities where legally required.
Enabling the module also involves Google, Stripe and New Relic. These services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies explain the adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses used and how to obtain information about their safeguards.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or booking, followed by applicable statutory retention or limitation periods, with access restrictions where required. Tracking-technology lifetimes appear in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at info@trivino.es. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
