HACIENDA DEL MONASTERIO, S.L. uses its own storage to remember your choice for 180 days. Cookies and similar technologies store or read information on your device.
CoverManager includes third-party technologies for booking and payment security (Stripe), usage and performance measurement (Google Analytics and New Relic), and advertising based on browsing activity (Google). The module loads only when you accept its optional purposes. Declining either keeps it blocked because the provider loads them together.
You can accept, reject or change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Rejecting does not prevent browsing or using contact and external booking links.

Withdrawal and third parties
Withdrawing consent stops and blocks the module. Cookies already saved by other domains can be deleted through your browser settings; this website cannot remove them. Opening the external service does not pass on your choice from this website.
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. See their purposes, retention and transfer safeguards at the links below. You can exercise your rights at info@trivino.es and complain to the AEPD, as described in the privacy policy.
